Jose Maria College , a private and non-sectarian educational institution shall endeavor:
To actively hone and develop the youth/adult to become righteous, excellent, and God-fearing individuals;
To develop the faculty and staff in their respective field of endeavor;
To harness the competence and leadership skills of people handling the administrative affairs;
To enhance the ecological integrity through implementation of community-based programs and research projects;
To offer relevant programs and courses in an environment where educational access is equitable; and
To train young people for productivity improvement to be globally competitive.

Goal
Jose Maria College , in the next five years, shall put in place:
Relevant programs and courses to produce well-rounded and skillful graduates who will be gainfully employed or entrepreneurs;
Programs to assure the graduates with the highest rate of efficiency in all appropriate government and other competitive examinations;
Dynamic career-pathing programs to improve the competence and upgrade the academic qualifications of its faculty, staff and administrative officials;
An institutional development plan that shall serve as a blue print for its major endeavors in accreditation, research, instruction, promotion, and community extension services; and
Local, national and international linkages to facilitate placement of graduates, fellowship, and grants-in-aids for educational welfare of deserving students
